CITIZENSHIP BEGINS WITH AN UNDERTAKING.
Citizenship is in development.
Prospective participation may include reading and discussing the Code, contributing to its development, undertaking civic responsibilities, and helping establish the first institutions.
Admission procedures, membership rights, and founding arrangements will be published as the Code develops.
Registering interest, when that process opens, will not grant citizenship. Neo Rome does not issue passports, collect fees for membership, or confer governmental nationality or legal privilege.

An interest register is not yet in operation. When it opens, it will ask only for an email address, an optional preferred name, and consent to receive founding updates. That information will be used solely for those updates. See Privacy for how Neo Rome treats personal information.
Until then, the public texts remain the place to begin: the proposed Codex and the Foundations of the project.
